History of the Moeller forwarding agency

In 1933 the company MOELLER was founded in Düren by Jakob Moeller and to the present days is independent, non-corporated and family owned.
 

In last decades MOELLER has developed to a worldwide-operating logistic and service enterprise.

The headquarters is located in Düren. Branches are found in Berlin, Pfungstadt and Cologne. Furthermore, different logistics projects exist partly directly in the rooms our customers are pursued.

In Düren MOELLER manages its own approx. 23,000 square metre facility of a forwarding system.

MOELLER owns its own modern fleet of more than 50 unities. In addition a variety of carriers are used and internationally.

As a FIATA - agent we import and export worldwide sea cargo. There are daily connections to seaports. Through the airports of Cologne / Bonn, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt / Main we are connected to all airports of the world.

MOELLER is a specialist for all European land traffic with partially everyday departures for general cargo, partial loads and complete loads as well as container services.

MOELLER´s core business is the warehousing management for our well-known domestic and foreign partners. At the moment, Moeller manages a storage area of 30.000 squqre metres.

Another important mainstay is the MOELLER/CTL cargo distribution.

Since 1994 is MOELLER is a cooperation partner of the CTL - Cargo Trans Logistik, a general cargo system organisation which is a role moedel in the german forwarding market. To the CTL-cooperation belong more than 100 median-sized domestic and foreign carriers. This large member of selected partners result in a beneficial, modul unique, coverage with uniformed stemloads and streamlined organi rational guide lines.

In addition to the classic distribution, MOELLER offers with its CTL-partners a national express service with which we garantee overnight delivery and 10 hours and 12 hours express delivery.

Since 2.10.2002 we are certified by ISO in 9001. Just recently we passed the accessment in 2009.
